43 students from the Ayotzinapa Rural Teacher’s school were attacked and disappeared by Mexican police forces. The State gave its ‘historical’ version saying that the students were murdered by a drug cartel, burned in a pit and their ashes were thrown in the river. This version has been proven impossible and full of inconsistencies; this version is outrageous and terrible and we, Mexican and international community, are not willing to accept it.

After one year, the government has bet to lies and to cast these events into oblivion. We, the Mexican people, have bet to justice and memory. We don’t forget. We don’t forgive. We support their families and we will not stop our search. The claim is still roaring loud and clear: "They took them alive. We want them back alive”
Oblivion and silence means complicity with the State’s "historical" truth, it means killing our 43 students.
